The smart platform built for the karaoke community

Karaoke iQ was born out of a simple frustration shared by singers everywhere: relying on messy notes apps or unwieldy spreadsheets to track song ideas, song cues, ideal key changes, etc.

Other important motivators were wanting to connect with fellow karaoke fans without the privacy implications of exchanging personal phone numbers or social media accounts, and creating an organic, crowdsourced way to maintain verified info for active karaoke nights, open mics, and cruise ship stages.

We set out to build a clean, mobile-friendly, lightning-fast, and privacy-conscious web app that gives karaoke lovers the exact tools they need before, during, and after a night out.

Repertoire & Pitch Management

Organize your personal repertoire, track preferred key changes in half-steps (+1, -2), save private vocal notes, and triage songs between your Wishlist and active Sing Soon list.

Community Stage Directory

Discover local karaoke and open mic nights filtered by day of the week, with real-time distance calculations, start times, and proximity alerts when you're logging a performance to the wrong venue.

Safe Social Connection

Connect with fellow performers using your Performer Pass QR code without exchanging phone numbers. Send 1-on-1 direct messages, organize "squad" group chats, and suggest duets or share venue info & directions directly with friends.

Zero-Latency Offline Mode & Cruise Mode

Built as an offline-first Progressive Web App (PWA). Your repertoire, key changes, notes, and shipboard stages load in 0ms in basement bars or at sea on cruise ships with zero cellular service.

Your private notes, song ratings, preferred key changes, and private rehearsal venues are strictly confidential. Exact GPS coordinates are calculated exclusively on your device and are never stored on persistent servers or broadcast to others.
Independent & Community-Supported
Karaoke iQ is developed independently for the singing community. We do not sell user data to advertisers or data brokers.
