  • Sign in to the Karaoke iQ app, or at karaokeiq.com.

Go to Settings & ProfileEmail us instead

Can't sign in? Email support@karaokeiq.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Subscriptions

A Pro subscription bought on karaokeiq.com is cancelled automatically when you delete your account. A subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is not: cancel it in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings so you aren't charged again. Lifetime Pro ends with the account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: stage name (released so someone else can use it), bio, hometown, and profile photo

  • All your performances and performance history

  • Your private song data: notes, ratings, key changes, tags, Wishlist and Sing Soon

  • Your private spots and personal venue data

  • Your friends list and pending friend requests

  • Your direct messages and support chats

  • Your notifications, device push tokens, and blocked-performers list

  • Your sign-in account (email, password, Google or Apple sign-in)

What is kept, and why

  • Songs you added to the shared catalog that other singers also use are handed to one of them, so their songbooks keep working. Songs only you used are removed.

  • Venues you added stay in the public venue directory for everyone.

  • Messages you sent in group chats stay in that group’s history for the other members; you are removed from the group.

  • Reports you filed or that were filed about you may be kept for safety review.

  • Payment records are kept by the payment providers (Stripe, Google Play, Apple) as the law requires. We never store card numbers.

Want a copy first? Export your data from Settings & Profile → Preferences & Privacy → Data Export before deleting. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
